Judy Bogard-Tanigami's experience and background speaks volumes for her dedication to her clients and profession, as well as her desire to give to her community. In 1979, Judy co-founded Seville Properties, which has been recognized as the premier real estate company in the Bay Area, specializing in the "high-end" market. The success of her company drew interest from the largest and most recognizable real estate company in the world, National Realty Trust. In 1997, the sale of Seville Properties was complete.
Judy specializes in the luxury home market and has a clientele who consists of high-level executives from Silicon Valley. Her success in real is attributed to the fact that 90% of her business are referrals from past clients. Client satisfaction continues to be her primary concern.
Judy and her partner/daughter, Sheri Hughes were ranked #1 sales team nationwide for the years 1999 and 2000. In 2001, the National Realty Trust decided to combine the talents of the current organization with Coldwell Banker and they became a member of the Coldwell Banker family. Judy and Sheri immediately became top producers and acheived the status of International President's Elite and remain in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker Nationwide.
In 2008, Judy and Sheri made a difficult decision to leave their "home" of over 20 years and joined the prestigious firm of Alain Pinel Realtors. The locally owned and operated comapny has earned the respect of the community with their contemporary yet elegant marketing materials and offices. Judy and Sheri felt that their ideals of providing the very highest quality and professional services was best complimented by their association with Alain Pinel Realtors.
Prior to founding Seville Properties, Judy was a broker with Cornish & Carey Residential Real Estate. She was the top producing agent for 7 years. Throughout her 30 year career, Judy has been called upon as an expert witness, a professional speaker and frequently acts as an advisor to both local and international news media. For many years, she has worked along side Bay Area professionals for both legal and real estate industries in the creation and revision of standard forms used by the local area professionals. |
